Your Availability Schedule acts as the foundation for your calendar. By defining your "Active Hours," you stay in total control of your time—ensuring meetings only happen when you’re available, while protecting your personal time for family, breaks, and rest.

As the user can have a specific schedule for every event type. They can use a certain availability schedule for all event types, more than one event types, or have a separate availability schedule for each event type to better organize their event types

On your main dashboard, locate the left-hand menu and click on Availability.

You aren't limited to just one set of hours! You can create multiple schedules to fit different needs.

How: Click the + New button to create a specific schedule
Edit: To change an existing one, simply click on the name of the schedule you wish to update.

Adding Zoom as the Meeting Location for the Event Type

To install Zoom and add it as the meeting location for your event type, you need to follow these steps:

First, you need to visit the Cal ID App store.

Search for Zoom and click on details.

Once the Cal ID's Zoom app page opens up, Click on Install App

Once you click on Install, you'll be redirected to your Zoom account (sign in if you haven't already) and allow the necessary permissions.
Now, you should be redirected to Cal ID's Installed Apps page with Conferencing Tab selected, and you should see Zoom Video in the list.

Now that Zoom Video is successfully installed in your Cal ID account.
If you want to make any video conferencing app your default, click on the three dots (on the right side) of that app and set it as default. Once you do this, every new event you create in the future will automatically use this video conferencing app, unless you change it again later.

This is the fastest way to get started as it verifies your identity automatically.

Select Google: On the sign-up page, click the "Continue with Google" button.
