Analyzing Booking Performance with Cal ID Insights
The Insights section is a powerful analytics dashboard that provides a comprehensive view of your scheduling activities. It helps you track your efficiency, understand booking trends, and optimize your availability based on real data.
- Log in to Cal ID: Access your main dashboard.
- Navigate to Insights: Click on the Insights icon in the left-hand sidebar menu.
You can view detailed performance metrics across different areas of the platform by switching between the tabs at the top left:
- Bookings: Monitor overall meeting statistics and guest behavior.
- Routing: Analyze how many people are interacting with your routing forms and where they are being directed.
- Workflows: Track the success and trigger rates of your automated workflows.
At the top of the Bookings tab, you can see a quick summary of activity for your selected date range:
- Events Created: The total number of new bookings made.
- Events Completed: Meetings that have successfully taken place.
- Events Rescheduled: How many meetings were moved to a different time.
- Events Cancelled: The number of bookings that were called off.

This section measures the quality of your meetings and reliability:
- Average Ratings: Feedback scores left by your bookers.
- No-Show (Host): Times when you, the host, missed a scheduled meeting.
- No-Show (Guest): Times when the guest failed to appear.
- CSAT Score: Your Customer Satisfaction score based on post-meeting surveys.

The central graph provides a visual timeline of your activity. You can toggle data points to see trends for Created, Completed, Rescheduled, Cancelled, and No-Shows over days or weeks.

Scroll down to find specialized charts for better planning:
- Bookings by Hour: Identify which times of day are most popular for your clients.
- Average Event Duration: See how much time you are actually spending in meetings.
- Popular Events: A list ranking your event types from Most Booked to Least Booked, helping you identify your highest-demand services.
- Most Cancelled: Booker who cancelled the booking most.
- **Most No-Show: **Booker who scheduled the meeting but they didn't join the meeting.

- Date Range Filter: Use the dropdown in the top right (e.g., "Last 7 Days," "Last Month," or "Custom Range") to focus on specific periods.

- Account Filter: Switch between viewing your Personal insights or specific Team insights using the account selector at the top left.

- Download Report: Click the Download button in the top right to export your analytics as a CSV or PDF file for external reporting.
