Connect with WhatsApp Business App

Go through these step if you already have a WhatsApp Business app installed on your mobile device and want to connect it.

Select Connection Method

1. Click on "Connect WhatsApp Business app" - Choose this option from the integration screen
2. This opens the connection process for your existing app

Enter Your Phone Number

1. Enter Your WhatsApp Business Phone Number - Type the phone number associated with your WhatsApp Business app
2. Click Next to proceed

Get Your Access Code

1. Click on "Use an access code instead" - Select this option to get a secure access code and note down the access code provided.

Enter Code on Your Mobile Device

1. Open WhatsApp Business App on your mobile phone
2. Go to Menu or Settings - Tap on the menu icon
3. Select "Account" - Navigate to your account settings
4. Select "Business platform" - Choose the business platform option
5. Enter the Access Code - Paste the code you copied earlier
6. Click on "Next" - Proceed with the connection
7. Paste the Generated Code

Enter Additional Data

1. Fill in Required Information - Complete any additional details requested
2. Click "Next" - Move forward in the process

Confirm Connection

1. Review All Details - Check that everything is correct
2. Click "Confirm" - Confirm the connection setup

Scan QR Code

1. A QR Code Page Will Appear - You will see a QR code on your screen
2. Scan the Code - Use your mobile device to scan the QR code
3. Follow the On-Screen Instructions - Complete any additional steps shown
