Custom Brand Logo and Favicon


The Custom brand logo and favicon section allows you to fully own your booking experience by replacing the Cal ID branding with your official organization logo and browser icon.


Step-by-Step Configuration


  1. Log in to Cal ID: Sign in to your dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Click the Settings icon in the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Go to Custom Branding
  4. Enable the Feature: Scroll to the bottom and ensure the toggle for Custom brand logo and favicon is switched ON.



  1. Upload Brand Logo:
  • Click the Upload logo button.
  • Select your 600 x 400 px image.



  1. Upload Brand Favicon:
  • Click the Upload favicon button.
  • Select your icon file (ensure it is under 1 MB).



  1. Save: Click the Update button (if visible) to apply the changes.


Visible Changes in Your Account


  • Public Booking Page: Your custom logo will appear clearly at the bottom of your booking interface, replacing the default branding.



  • Browser Tab: Your uploaded favicon will be displayed in the browser tab whenever a guest opens your booking link.



💡 Pro Tip


For the Brand Logo, using a file with a transparent background (like a .PNG) is highly recommended. This ensures your logo looks natural whether your guest is viewing your page in Light or Dark mode.
