Mark Guests as No Show
In Cal ID, you can maintain accurate meeting records by marking guests as "No-Show" for past appointments where attendees failed to appear. This ensures your booking history reflects reality and allows for better follow-up management.
Tracking attendance helps you distinguish between successful meetings and missed sessions directly from your dashboard.
Step | Action | Description |
1 | Navigate to Past Bookings | Go to the Bookings tab and select the Past sub-tab to see completed meetings. |
2 | Expand Booking Details | Click the Details arrow on the specific booking you wish to manage. |
3 | Mark as No-Show | Click the Mark no-show button located in the bottom-right corner. |
4 | Unmark if Necessary | If a mistake was made, click Unmark no-show in the same location to revert the status. |

For meetings with more than two attendees, Cal ID provides a streamlined way to manage group attendance:
- Open the Checklist: Click on the Mark as no show button, which will trigger a checklist popup for meetings with multiple participants.

- Bulk Management: Use this checklist to mark or unmark multiple guests as "No-Show" simultaneously.

- Accurate Records: This feature ensures that even in large group sessions, you can accurately record which specific individuals were present.
- Filter View: Use the Past filter to isolate meetings that have already occurred.
- Attendee Information: You can view the attendee's name, timezone, and email address within the details section.
By marking a guest as a no-show, you keep your data clean for reporting. This status can also be used as a trigger for automated workflows, such as sending a personalized email to the guest asking them to reschedule.
