Public Page Banner

The public page banner is the first thing guests see—a wide, professional image that sits at the very top of your booking page.


Step-by-Step Configuration


  1. Log in to Cal ID: Sign in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Click the Settings icon in the sidebar.
  3. Go to Custom Branding: Select the Custom Branding tab.
  4. Locate Banner Section: Find the Public page banner section at the top of the page.



  1. Upload Your Image:
  • Click the Upload image button.
  • Select your file (ensure it meets the 3200 x 320 dimension and 1MB size limit).



  1. The banner will display in the preview box once the upload is successful.


💡 Pro Tip


Because the banner is very wide and short, try to use a landscape photo or a brand pattern where the most important visual elements are centered. This prevents important details from being cut off on smaller mobile devices.
