WhatsApp Business
Step 1:
- Log in to Cal ID.
- Go to Apps Section
- Search for WhatsApp Business and install it.
Select Account Type - Choose whether to install on:
- Personal account (for individual use)
- Team account (for team collaboration)
A dialog box will appear asking you to Connect WhatsApp Business. Click on this option to proceed.

Once you see the confirmation screen, click on Continue to move to the next step.

Note:
- If you already have a WhatsApp Business account: Start with Step 2
- If you need to create a new WhatsApp Business account: Follow Step 6 first, then continue with the main steps
- If you want to connect an existing WhatsApp Business app: Jump to Step 7
Step 2:
Choose Your Business Portfolio - Select the business portfolio associated with your WhatsApp Business account
Select WhatsApp Business Account - Pick the WhatsApp number you want to use

Step 3:
Select Your Phone Number - Choose the phone number from the list that you want to use with WhatsApp Business
Click on "Next" - Proceed to the confirmation step
This phone number will be the main contact point for your WhatsApp Business integration.

Step 4:
Review the Information
Click on "Confirm" - Verify and confirm your settings
This step ensures that everything is set up correctly before finalizing the connection.

Step 5:
Once you click Confirm, your WhatsApp Business app is now successfully installed and connected to your Cal ID account.
Step 6:
To Create a New WhatsApp Business Account:
Select "Create a business portfolio" and "Create a WhatsApp Business account" in the respective field.
Complete the Setup - Fill all required fields and save
Once Created: Your WhatsApp Business account will be ready. You can now connect it with Cal ID by following the steps mentioned above

Step 7:
Follow this step if you already have a WhatsApp Business app installed on your mobile device and want to connect it.
7.1: Select Connection Method
- Click on "Connect WhatsApp Business app" - Choose this option from the integration screen
- This opens the connection process for your existing app

7.2: Enter Your Phone Number
- Enter Your WhatsApp Business Phone Number - Type the phone number associated with your WhatsApp Business app
- Click Next to proceed

7.3: Get Your Access Code
- Click on "Use an access code instead" - Select this option to get a secure access code
- Copy the Generated Code - Note down the access code provided

7.4: Enter Code on Your Mobile Device
- Open WhatsApp Business App on your mobile phone
- Go to Menu or Settings - Tap on the menu icon
- Select "Account" - Navigate to your account settings
- Select "Business platform" - Choose the business platform option
- Enter the Access Code - Paste the code you copied earlier
- Click on "Next" - Proceed with the connection

7.5: Enter Additional Data
- Fill in Required Information - Complete any additional details requested
- Click "Next" - Move forward in the process

7.6: Confirm Connection
- Review All Details - Check that everything is correct
- Click "Confirm" - Confirm the connection setup

7.7: Scan QR Code
- A QR Code Page Will Appear - You will see a QR code on your screen
- Scan the Code - Use your mobile device to scan the QR code
- Follow the On-Screen Instructions - Complete any additional steps shown

7.8: Final Confirmation - Privacy Settings
- Select "Don't share chats" - When asked about sharing chat data, choose "Don't share chats" to maintain privacy
- Confirm Your Choice - Complete the final setup
